Do We Recommend Brandwise?

We do recommend Brandwise for D2C brands that have decently sized budgets on Meta - it's a really niche tool but savvy marketers will understand how critical it is for Meta performance. There are tons of brands that leave their ad comments as is and never moderate them which can lead to significant performance degradation over time. Brandwise essentially solves this bottleneck for brands in an automated, AI-powered way.

The tool can be easily worked into any marketer's or CX team's workflow and the return on invested time (and the monthly SaaS fee) will generally be quite high. We do like the fact that it's powered by AI and can gauge sentiment/tone in the comments to predict whether they are positive or negative, and then automatically hide them. General CX tools like Gorgias, Intercom, etc cannot do this and really only offer if -> then automations for messages.

One thing to note is that Brandwise will take the place of your social media comments in your main CX platform. You can just disconnect the channel in your CX inbox and connect it to Brandwise.
