We do recommend Brandwise for D2C brands that have decently sized budgets on Meta - it's a really niche tool but savvy marketers will understand how critical it is for Meta performance. There are tons of brands that leave their ad comments as is and never moderate them which can lead to significant performance degradation over time. Brandwise essentially solves this bottleneck for brands in an automated, AI-powered way.
The tool can be easily worked into any marketer's or CX team's workflow and the return on invested time (and the monthly SaaS fee) will generally be quite high. We do like the fact that it's powered by AI and can gauge sentiment/tone in the comments to predict whether they are positive or negative, and then automatically hide them.
